Asset Visibility Cuts Costs

Smart Hub® enables the Industrial Internet of Things is the industrial application of a network of physical objects, that contain embedded technology to communicate and sense or interact with their internal states or the external environment.

In Oil & Gas Industry, connected sensor networks already monitor logistics movements and machines such as mining equipment and entire utility plants, helping organizations reduce costs through more efficient operations.

Automated asset tracking helps to improve efficiency and save costs for energy facilities, which are tasked with managing hundreds of pieces of equipment , files and other assets across large facilities.See the location of items in real-time for visibility into workflow status and resource planning.

Reduce capital expenditures and rental costs through efficient use of equipment and ensure compliance with maintenance and regulated processes.

Distribution and Logistic

RFID can help the entire supply chain function more efficiently, more responsively and more profitably.

A key tool emerging with this significant trend in the apparel supply chain is RFID. As a result, supplies and equipment will be automatically located and managed as they are moved from onshore operations facilities, through port transfer facilities, and finally to offshore rigs.

RFID is an inventory tracking technology that provides superior inventory intelligence that can be used to improve business processes throughout every link in the supply chain.

Smartx Hub® is a complete software solution that links with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to instantly track and manage supplies transported between onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities worldwide.

The fully integrated solution can help the oil and gas industry minimize rig downtime, enhance asset utilization, reduce manual processing, and lessen data errors, write-offs, shrinkage and theft.

KNOW WHERE YOUR STAFF IS LOCATED

The Smartx Hub® Personnel Tracking System is a fully integrated personnel tracking solution that can monitor personnel in real-time. The system is powered by three key components:

- Personnel Tracking Software
- RFID Wearable Tags
- RFID Readers
These three components work together to locate personnel and can be customized to address the needs of any business environment.Best of all, staff tracking solutions are achieved via passive RFID, so there's no interruption in staff routine.

When you know where your people, equipment and patients are, you gain new visibility to hospital performance.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE

Asset Management & Optimization
For manufacturers, a tool or parts crib is essential to the manufacturing process, where employees can find indirect materials like tools that are crucial components in their daily workflow. With the implementation of Smartx Hub®, you can realize several benefits like improved tool maintenance and optimization as the repair history for each tool is now automatically tracked and recorded and increased efficiency and employee productivity.
Smartx Production Flow Management
Harsh environments such as refineries, off-shore facilities and chemical plants, require taking special measures to ensure personnel safety. Smartx Hub® wireless integrated software has been developed to process and manage the RFID data, providing real-time visibility, and transforming the data into reports, analytics, automated alerts and other actionable knowledge on the location, condition and security of assets and shipments. The solution also offers automated monitoring of telemetry conditions such as temperature, pressure and humidity of remote assets and vessels.
Tools and Equipment Tracking
RFID UHF technology provides unparalleled speed and accuracy advantages compared to bar code and other RFID technologies for tracking tools and spare parts in production processes and stock rooms. Assurance that the right tools and trays are available when and where they are needed. Serialized RFID equipments, case and pallet-level inventory management greatly increases accuracy, speed and traceability over traditional barcode systems.
RFID guides your uniforms through our plant
Using wearable tags at the uniform, or personnel tags such as lanyards and ID badges that are integrated with Smart Sensors technology. With Smartx Hub® you can track your staff as they move throughout different locations, areas or zones. Each tag is given a unique Personnel ID, which means each person can be identified, increasing workplace safety, especially in emergency situations where knowing workers presence is vital. The garment first passes over a reader antenna fixed into a counter and zone detection.
Yard Management
By placing a small RFID tag on the cars, you can automatically identify and log the cars and other vehicles that enter the parking, premises or any other designated area. Create greater efficiency with a Smartx Hub® solution for yard management. Better synchronize your yard operations, loading docks and gate check-in with actionable and optional real-time intelligence. With Smartx Hub® you can ensure a continuous flow of material, parcels and goods to your distribution centers or manufacturing plants, keeping your costs down.
RFID for Automatically Tracks and Manages Supplies
Smartx Hub® is a complete software solution that links with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to instantly track and manage supplies transported between onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities worldwide. The fully integrated solution can help the oil and gas industry minimize rig downtime, enhance asset utilization, reduce manual processing, and lessen data errors, write-offs, shrinkage and theft

How Does RFID Work?

Radio frequency identification, or RFID, uses radio waves to communicate between a RFID reader and an electronic tag affixed to an object.
Each tag is encoded with a unique identifier that is tied to a database. Tags can be read using handheld or mobile readers, shelf or tabletop readers, or readers that can be installed at doorways or in portal configurations.
A line of sight is not required – tags can be read automatically, even through packaging materials and in transit, whenever moving items or people come within range of a reader. RFID systems greatly streamline inventory and asset tracking, virtually eliminating human error while providing instant, detailed records of the movement of assets.
