SMART CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS
The Construction industry has a dynamic and uncontrolled work environment, where tracking components/materials and accessing to related information are challenging tasks. Failures in effectively tracking components/materials and in accessing to the related information on demand can result in schedule delays and additional labor costs.
Automated asset tracking helps to improve efficiency and save costs for manufacturing facilities, which are tasked with managing hundreds of pieces of equipment, files and other assets across large facilities.See the location of items in real-time for visibility into workflow status and resource planning.
Reduce capital expenditures and rental costs through efficient use of equipment and ensure compliance with maintenance and regulated processes.

Distribution and Logistic
Paper records kept onsite can become lost or be incorrect, and are often not timely since they can only be recorded into a computer system after being brought to the office.
Smartx Hub electronically stores location and status data about the assets being used during construction, so that onsite construction managers, or staff members at remote locations, can view which items are being stored or installed as construction takes place
RFID is an inventory tracking technology that provides superior inventory intelligence that can be used to improve business processes throughout every link in the supply chain.
The Smartx Hub® Personnel Tracking System is a fully integrated personnel tracking solution that can monitor personnel in real-time. The system is powered by three key components:
- Personnel Location Software
- RFID Wearable Tags
- RFID Readers or Edge Gateways
These three components work together to locate personnel and can be customized to address the needs of any business environment.Best of all, staff tracking solutions are achieved via passive RFID and/or Beacons, so there's no interruption in staff routine.
When you know where your people, equipment, and visitors are, you gain new visibility to staff performance.
KNOW WHERE YOUR STAFF IS LOCATED
WE’RE BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN DIGITAL AND PHYSICAL – AND THIS IS WHERE WE TALK ABOUT IT.
Reduce cost of leased Asset’s through more efficient inventory tracking.
By placing a small RFID tag on the trucks, cars, equipment or trailer, you can automatically identify and log the cars and other vehicles that enter the job site, parking, premises or any other designated area.
Create greater efficiency with a Smartx Hub solution for yard management. Better synchronize your yard operations, loading docks and gate check-in with actionable and optional real-time intelligence. With Smartx Hub you can ensure a continuous flow of material, parcels, and goods to your distribution centers or manufacturing plants, keeping your costs down.
Increasingly stringent traceability regulation worldwide requires companies not only to provide a complete audit of product and ingredients movement in the supply chain but also compels them to track secondary packaging and materials handling equipment flows associated with product shipment. In addition, the supply chain suffers significant costs annually, associated with the loss of equipment/assets and their subsequent replacement.
SmartX Hub® offers an affordable and efficient way to get the greatest value from YARD inventories.
RFID tags on each individual unit make it possible to accurately and automatically track its movement, using fixed readers at strategic in-and-out portals at the GATE or mobile devices (handheld, cellphones, tablets) readers for mobile read points at remote /customer facilities.
UNLIKE OTHER SYSTEMS, SMARTX HUB® IS HIGHLY CONFIGURABLE
"Because RFID, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS technologies read multiple tags at once without requiring a line of sight, customers are able to more quickly and accurately locate assets without scanning labels one-by-one. When tracking assets is easy to do, it gets done."
Radio frequency identification, or RFID, uses radio waves to communicate between a RFID reader and an electronic tag affixed to an object.
Each tag is encoded with a unique identifier that is tied to a database. Tags can be read using handheld or mobile readers, shelf or tabletop readers, or readers that can be installed at doorways or in portal configurations.
A line of sight is not required – tags can be read automatically, even through packaging materials and in transit, whenever moving items or people come within range of a reader. RFID systems greatly streamline inventory and asset tracking, virtually eliminating human error while providing instant, detailed records of the movement of assets.
